Create a dynamic QR campaign you can edit after printing

Generate a branded dynamic QR code, change its destination after it’s printed, and track scans by city and device.

CorePath Team

A dynamic QR code points at a short CorePath URL that you control, so you can repoint it anytime without reprinting. This guide walks through creating one, styling it on-brand, and reading scan analytics.

Step 1 — Create a dynamic code

From the dashboard, open CoreQR and choose “New CoreQR code”. Keep the type set to Dynamic so the destination stays editable.

  • Name it for the campaign (e.g. “Spring flyer”)
  • Paste the destination URL
  • Leave the type as Dynamic

Step 2 — Style it on-brand

Set your foreground/background colors, corner style, and drop in a center logo. High contrast scans most reliably, so keep the foreground dark on a light background.

Step 3 — Download and print

Export as SVG for print (crisp at any size) or PNG for screens. The code encodes a short /q/ link, not the final URL — that’s what lets you edit it later.

Step 4 — Edit the destination and read scans

Open the code anytime to change where it points — every printed copy updates instantly. The detail page shows total scans plus breakdowns by city, device, and browser.

FAQ

Can I change a QR code after printing?+

Yes — dynamic codes point at a short link you control, so you can repoint them without reprinting.

Do dynamic codes expire?+

Only if you set an expiry. You can also password-protect a code so scans hit an unlock page first.
