01Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using CorePath, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you are using the service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

02Your account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under it. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

You must be at least 16 years old to use CorePath.

03Acceptable use

You agree not to use CorePath to distribute malware, phishing, spam, or unlawful content, or to infringe the rights of others. Short links, QR codes, and forms that direct to malicious or deceptive destinations are prohibited.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or that pose a risk to the platform or its users.

04Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis and renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel or change your plan at any time from your billing settings; changes take effect at the end of the current billing period.

Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

05Your content

You retain ownership of the content you create and upload. You grant CorePath a limited license to host, process, and display that content solely to provide the service.

06Service availability

We work hard to keep CorePath available and performant, but the service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages to the maximum extent permitted by law.

07Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
