Step 1 — Build the invoice
Pick a client, add line items with quantities and unit prices, then set tax rate, discount, due date, and any notes or terms. The total updates as you type.
Step 2 — Mark it sent and share the pay link
Mark the invoice sent to lock it, then copy its public link from the “Share & get paid” card. Your client sees a clean, branded invoice with your logo.
Step 3 — Get paid and auto-reconcile
With Stripe connected, the invoice shows a “Pay by card” button. When the client pays, a webhook flips the invoice to Paid automatically and logs it on the client timeline.
